This week’s random suggestion: Get a plant for your work desk.

This week’s nuh-uh: I don’t want my dog to text me. I don’t want to imagine him/her using Internet slang. It’s only slightly amusing to read about it. Why do we need to humanize everything? I like animals because I imagine they look at me with adoring eyes no matter what I say or do to them, and if they spoke human language we’d probably start to find them just as crude as people.

This week’s opportunity for change: I’m halfway through the BBH Barn now, and we’ve been working on a project for social good, to be revealed in the next few weeks, so I won’t spill just yet.
